The objectives of the Community Outreach Committee are to communicate information about COTI’s activities and positions to all Island residents and other interested parties, and to help to encourage new members to join COTI.

The scope of the Committee’s work includes the development of advertising, printed materials, publicity releases and email communications in support of the above stated objectives.
